HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-396CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of Jul_, 1990 The following members were present: Mayor_ Bergman,Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ng memners were Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 90-396 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR MEYER/GONYEA LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (90032) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division/Consolidation for Meyer/Gonyea Land Development Company amending property lines of lots 1, 2 and 3 located at the south side of 45th Avenue North between Nathan Lane and the State Highway 169 west service drive; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related division/consolidation: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. THE CITY OF the following to said lot 3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage facilities. 4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to issuance of building permit in accordance with City Policy in affect at the time of building permit issuance. 5. No building permits shall be issued until the resolution approving the division/consolidation is filed with Hennepin County. 6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements and relocation of easements as required by the City Engineer prior to filing of the division/consolidation with Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by rnunrilmrpmher Helliwell and upon vote being taken thereon, the ioliuwing voted in savor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
