Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
18th day of June , 1990. The following members were
present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following resolution

RESOLUTION NO. 90-388
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ON -SALE
NON -INTOXICATING AND WINE LIQUOR LICENSE
APPLICATIONS OF JIEN FLING, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale non -
intoxicating and wine liquor license from Jien Fung, Inc., 10100
6th Avenue North, and
WHEREAS, Plymouth City Code, Section 1206.35, Subd. 2, provides
that a public hearing is required for the issuance of a license
for a new premises.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for July 16
to consider the application of Jien rung, Inc., 10100 6th Avenue
North, for an on -sale non -intoxicating and wine liquor license.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmembgr 44tu4 , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following votiR in favor thereof:
Mayor Ber an Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
