Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
18th day of June, 1990. The following members were present:
Mayor n Counci members Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 387
APPROVING AMUSEMENT LICENSE FOR
MAPLE GROVE MALL ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Maple Grove
Mall Association for an amusement license to allow a carnival at
Bass Lake Road and T.H. 169 from July 5 to July 8, 1990.
N0W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
. Plymouth that an amusement license is hereby approved for Maple
Grove Mall Association, Bass Lake Road and T.S. 169, for the
period July 5 through July 8, 1990, with the following
conditions:
1. That a Conditional Use --Administrative Apl)roval Permit be
obtained, and
2. That proof of liability insurance be submitted by the
carnival.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the o low ng voted in favor thereof:
-Mayor Ber n Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained:
