Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
18th day of June , 1990. The following members were
present:

following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-385
APPROVING RENEWAL OF OFF -SALE
NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for renewal of Off -
Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor Licenses; and
WHEREAS, each application has been reviewed by the Police
Department.
NON THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor Licenses are
hereby approved for the attached list of 12 applicants for the
period July 1, 1990, through June 30, 1991, with the following
conditions:
1. That all required certificates of insurance for workers
compensation and general liability insurance are
submitted to the City Clerk by June 29, 1990.
2. That all property tax payments are current.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker V_asiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
