Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
18tt,day of June , 1990. The following members were
present:

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-384
APPROVING RENEWAL OF ON -SALE
NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for renewal of On -
Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor Licenses; and
WHEREAS, each application has been reviewed by the Police
Department.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor Licenses are hereby
approved for the attached list of ten applicants for the period
July 11 1990, through June 30, 1991, with the following
conditions:
1. That all required certificates of insurance for workers
compensation and general liability insurance are
submitted to the City Clerk by June 29, 1990; and
2. That all property tax payments are current.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following vote n -favor thereof:

The following voted aga nit or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
