Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of .lune ,
1990. The following members were present: _ aynr Rergman. Councilmemhers ,

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-383
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
1990 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 001
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 1990 Street Reconstruction
Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:
Hardrives, Inc. $1,869.232.41
Alexander Construction $1,971,455.63
C.S. McCrossan $2,138,810.15
WHEREAS, it appears that Hardrives, Inc. of Plymouth, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Hardrives, Inc. of Plymouth in the
name of the City of Plymouth for the 1990 Street Reconstruction
Project according to the plans and specifications therefore approved
by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk in the
amount of the low bid of $1,869,232.41
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contr.ct has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnnvilmemh tu, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou,
and 7_i tur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
