Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of June
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur '
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. go -381
AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK TO SIGN
LAND SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION TO PLAT
BASS LAKE HILLS ADDITION
WHEREAS, an erroneous bearing and distance for a utility easement within Bass Lake
Heights Addition has been discovered; and
WHEREAS, By law, the Certificate of Correction has to be approved by the City; and
WHEREAS, t',e land surveyor's Certificate of Correction to plat has been signed by
Bernard H. Larson, Hennepin County Surveyor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: The City Clerk is hereby authorized to sign the land surveyor's
Certificate of Correction to plat for Bass Lake Hills Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
