Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of
June '1990. The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-380
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
CIMARRON PONDS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 18, 1990 a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of Cimarron Ponds Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on June
18, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. The Council finds and determines that said petition was
signed by all owners and/or representatives of real property
within the plat named as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted June 18, 1990. The petitioners
have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for
these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will
be done by the Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker, ,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
