Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of
June , 1990. The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
CmtnrilmPmher Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-378
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, MEYER GONYEA ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the developer of Meyer Gonyea Addition
has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and
utility easements within Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Meyer Gonyea Addition:
1. The east 10.00 feet of that part of Lot 1, Block 1, lying
north of a line drawn parallel with and distant 120.00 feet
north of the north line of Lot 5 said Block 1 and its easterly
extension. Except the north 10.00 feet thereof.
2. The west 10.00 feet of that part of Lot 2, Block 1, lying
north of the south 10.00 feet thereof. Except the north 10.00
feet thereof. ALL IN MEYER GONYEA ADDITION, according to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County
Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
July 16; 1990 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
