Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day
of June , 1990 The following members were present: _

lmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-363
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR REAL ESTATE DIVERSIFIED,
INC. FOR "KINDER CARE LEARNING CENTER" AT 4475 HIGHWAY 169 (86034)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Real Estate Diversified, Inc. for "Kinder Care
Learning Center" was approved under City Council Resolution 85-358; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Financial Guarantee in the amount of $46,000 which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements for Real Estate Diversified, Inc. for "Kinder
Care Learning Center" located at 4475 Highway 169; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the Financial Guarantee;
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution 90-41 approved the reduction of the
Financial Guarantee to $5,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Financial Guarantee in the amount of $5,000 for Real Estate Diversified,
Inc. for "Kinder Care Learning Center" located at 4475 Highway 169.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon,
the fo owing voted in avor thereof: mayor Bergman, Councilmembers
Hpllivpll_ Ricker- Vasiliou, and Zitur
The followfng voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
