Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
June , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-352
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LOT 9, BLOCK 1, ZACHARY HILLS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the owner of Lot 9, Block 1, Zachary
Hills Addition has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following drainage and utility easement within Lot 9, Block 1, Zachary Hills
Addition:
That part of the northwesterly 10.00 feet of the southeasterly
100.00 feet of Lot 9, Block 1, Zachary Hills Addition according to
the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County
Recorder in and for Hennepin County, MN lying southwesterly of the
northeasterly 6 feet and lying northeasterly of the southwesterly
6 feet thereof
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
July 2, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
1hQ motion for the adcption of the foregoing Re3olution was duly seconded by
Gn�nei mam6Esr Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
