Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on thi 4th day of _lune ,
1990. The following members were present: -Ma�,or Bergman. Counrilm mhPrc ,
Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 346
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE I
CITY PROJECT NO. 008
WHEREAS, the City ordered a Preliminary Engineering Report be prepared for the Bass
Creek Business Park Street and Utility Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Engineering Report was prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and presented to the City Council at their June 4, 1990 Council
meeting; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested that the City proceed with the preparation of the
plans and specifications and has agreed to reimburse to the City any costs incurred
should the project not proceed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is designated as the engineer
to prepare plans and specifications for the Bass Creek Business Park - Phase I
Improvements. They shall prepare plans and specifications for making of such
improvements in accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Report.
FURTHER, that the plans shall not be started until the City Council has approved the
Final Plat and the Developer has executed the Development Contract.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vngiliou, and ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
