Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day
of -June---, 19.20 The following members were present:
_Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90- 339
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
LOCATED AT 44TH AVENUE, WEST OF VICKSBURG LANE (90022)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located at 44th Avenue, west of Vicksburg Lane from FRO (Future Restricted
Development) District to R-2 (Low Medium Density Residential) District in
conjunction with approval of the Preliminary Plat for a 35 -lot conventional
subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Dennis Arne to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers
Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
