Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day
of June , 19 so The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-338
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT 284 (WAYZATA) (90031)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located north of Highway 55, south of Rockford Road, and west of Dunkirk Lane
from FRD (Future Restricted Development) District to R -1A (Low Density Single
Family Residential) District in conjunction with approval of the Preliminary
Plat for Independent School District 284 (Wayzata);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct that prior to the
publication of said Ordinance, a contract be entered into by the City for the
provision of public water and sewer to the parcel, or a hold harmless
agreement as described in the May 16, 1990, Engineer's Memorandum has been
executed.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
