Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ak regular—meeting of the City
Clamcil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wes held on the 4th day of
June 1990. The following were present:
Mayor Beryman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following memkiers were absent: None

Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved .its
adoption:
RESCUMION NO. 90- 333
ACCEPTING? TM 1989 FINANCIAL REPORT AND AUDIT
MMM, the City Council hes received and reviewed the 1989 Financial Report
Prepared by the Hoare Director and the audit of said report prepared by
Charles Bailly & Cmany; and
WHMM, the firm of Charles Bailly & Ca xmy has issued an unqualified
opinion as to the results of their audit;
NOT, tE, BE IT NAY MMVED By the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Mirmesota, that the financial report prepared by the City's Fi.name
Director and the audit of said report as prepared by Charles Bailly & Company
be and the same are hereby approved and accepted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
