Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on a21St day of _ May , 192-0.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell.
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent:— None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-332
APPROVING AMUSEMENT LICENSE FOR
FOUR SEASON MERCHANT'S ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Four Season Merchant's Association
for an amusement license to allow a carnival at 4150 Lancaster Lane from May 29 to
June 3, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that an amusement license is issued to Four Season Merchant's Association,
4150 Lancaster Lane, for the period May 29 through June 3, with the following
conditions:
1. All required certificates of insurance and fees must be provided to the City by
May 28, 1990;
2. Administrative approval must be received from the City of Plymouth Planning
Division; and
3. The applicant will be allowed no other outdoor promotional events in 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being takeneon; the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker,
Vasiliou and Zitur
