. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of May ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur _
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-328
AMENDING POLICY RELATING TO
EROSION AND SILTATION CONTROL
WHEREAS, the City by Resolution No. 81-276 on April 27, 1981, adopted a policy
concerning responsibility and control of erosion and siltation; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to clarify and revise that policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does revise the "Erosion and Siltation Control
Policy" by adding and deleting as shown in legislative format in the draft policy as
presented in the report from the City Engineer dated May 16, 1990.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
gman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker, Vasiliou
in favor thereof: Mayor Ber,
and Zitnr
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
