Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of _ May
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman- CounrlImembers ,

The following members were absent: Nnnv
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 324
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
HARBOR LANE STREET AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 912
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Relocate 14 curb stops out of curb/street back to property line. Remove and
salvage curb boxes, provide coupling at existing curb stops, extend 3/4" water
services, and install new curb stops. Locate and abandon one existing water
service. Relocate one water service so as to not cross adjacent property.
.AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Harbor Lane Street and Storm Sewer Improvements,
City Project No. 912 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for Harbor Lane Street and Storm Sewer
Improvements, City Project No. 912 by adding $17,426.84 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $194,483.10

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
