Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 90-315 AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS FOR SPACE NEEDS PROPOSALS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING FROM POLSON/TROSSEN/WRIGHT AND BWR ARCHITECTS, INC. WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the Public Safety Committee to study the needs of a proposed public safety building; and, WHEREAS, Mayor Kim Bergman, Councilmember Lloyd Ricker, and Councilmember Bob Zitur are members of this Committee; and, WHEREAS, six architectural firms who submitted proposals for a public safety building in Plymouth had been interviewed by this Committee; and, WHEREAS, it was recommended and decided that two separate and independent space needs studies be conducted to determine the long range needs of the proposed public safety building. NOW, THEREFORE LET IT HEREBY BE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement w.th Polson/Trossen/Wright and BRW Architects, Inc. to conduct said studies.. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly beconded by Magor or Rergman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
