Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on -the 7th day of May 1990.
The following ;members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers- Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
introduced the following Resolution and moved its
a op ion:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-314
APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
WHEREAS, Michael A. Poraio has submitted his resignation from the Board of Zoning
Adjustments and Appeals; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy thereby exists for a term expiring January 31, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received applications from residents interested in
serving on a City board or commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
.MINNESOTA, that J. Paul Dolan is hereby appointed to the Board of Zoning Adjustments
and Appeals to a term expiring January 31, 1992.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: —mayor Bergman, Counci7m_embers HP11Jwp11_
Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: N
. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly —passed and adopted.
