AWARD OF BID FOR PLYMOUTH NEWSLETTER
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for printing the City newsletter; and bids
were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were
received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Nystrom Publishing of Maple Grove is the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with Nystrom Publishing of Maple Grove, in the name of the City
of Plymouth for the printing of the Plymouth newsletter commencing with the
June/July issue and running through December 1991 in accordance with the bid
submitted May 2, 1990.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been signed.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
