Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 7th day of
May 19 90 . The following members were
present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwella Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 312
APPROVING CONTRACT WITH BRAUER AND ASSOCIATES FOR
BASS LAKE AND PARKERS LAKE PLAYFIELDS
WHEREAS, on April 16 the City Council directed that a contract be negotiated
with Brauer and Associates for the preparation of plans and specifications for
the Bass Lake and Parkers Lake Playfields, and
WHEREAS, The City Attorney's office has prepared and recommends adoption of
the attached contracts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the consultant contract with Brauer and Associates
dated May 7, 1990, is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
