Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reel:,j meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 7r1, day of
May 19-2L. The following members were

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 90-311
APPROVING CONCESSIONS FOR ZACHARY PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS. the City advertised duly in the city newspaper for concessionaires,
and
WHEREAS, two concessionaires submitted proposals, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Director has recommended awarding the
contract to Short Stop Concessions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter
into an agreement with short Stop Concessions providing reimbursement to the
City of Plymouth of 15% of the net operations for the summer season 1990.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mavnr Rpramnn r---41-1.— U-114._..-.11
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was -declared duly passed and adopted.
