Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of _ May 1992.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Hellitretl,
Ricker,
The following members were absent: None
Counciimember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 308
FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION FOR
WEST MEDICINE LAKE COMMUNITY CLUB
WHEREAS, a notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by West
Medicine Lake Community Club for gambling to be conducted on July 27, 28, and 29, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for West
Medicine Lake Community Club, 1705 Forestview Lane, for the dates of July 27, 28, and
29, 1990; and the City Clerk is directed to notify the State Charitable Gambling
Control Board of this action.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
