Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of May ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers, ,
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-301
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
T.H. 169 FRONTAGE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 833
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
Deduct t.:r deficient bituminous density per terms of the construction
contract.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for T.H. 169 Frontage Road Improvements, City Project
No. 833 is recommended for approval;
rNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 3 for T.H. 169 Frontage Road Improvements, City
Project No. 833 by deducting $1,016.45 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $456,330.96
Previous Change Orders - ADD 5,067.50
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 - DEDUCT (1016.45)

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Coun ilmemb r Helliwell- Ricker- Vasil nu, ,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
