Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 7th day of
May, 19 90 . The following members were
present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker. Vasiliou and Zitur-
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 90-Z89
APPROVING SWAN LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD PARK MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended approval
of the Swan Lake Park Master Plan dated April 24, 1990, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has also recommended approval of
said master plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Swan Lake Master Plan dated April 24, 1990, is
hereby approved and further, that the City's consultant, Barton-Aschman, is
authorized to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications and is
to return said plans and specifications for Council approval as quickly as
possible.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoinrilmPmhpr Zitur , and upon Vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
