Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of May , 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmemb Hell1well,
Vsiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None

RESOLUTION NO. 90- 288
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
GATEWAY FOODS, INC., 10200 6TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a non -intoxicating off -sale liquor
license from Gateway Foods, Inc., for the premises at 10200 6th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no reason to
deny the license; and
WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City council conducted a
public hearing and finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
10 that an off -sale non -intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for Gateway Foods,
Inc., d/b/a Rainbow Foods, 10200 6th Avenue North, for the period May 8, 1990, through
June 30, 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
