Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on
a 16th day of April , 19 40
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Counciimembers Helliwell.

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 286
AWARD OF BID FOR PURCHASE OF VIDEO EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for video equipment, bids were received,
opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying
with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Alpha Video of Bloomington is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to purchase equipment as listed
in the specifications from Alpha Video of Bloomington, in the name of the City
of Plymouth for a two camera set-up in accordance with the bid submitted
April 11, 1990 for an amount not to exceed $26,810.00.
2. The staff is directed to purchase a third wall mounted camera including remote
control pan, tilt, focus and zoom in amount not to exceed $7,504.00.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders, the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposit of the
successful bidder shall be retained until the equipment has been received.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
