Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on -the 16th day of April , 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Couacilmembers Helliwell,

-pincilmember zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 283
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE INTOXICATING
ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION OF
GFT, INC., 605 WEST HIGHWAY 169
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an intoxicating on -sale liquor
license from GFT, Inc., d/b/a Yesterday's, 605 West Highway 169, and
WHEREAS, Plymouth City Code, Chapter 1206.35, Subd. 2, provides that a public hearing
is required for a new liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that a public hearing is hereby established for May 7 to consider the application of
GFT, Inc., 605 West Highway 169, for an intoxicating on -sale liquor license.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker and upon vote being takent—Tereon,tie
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ine tollowing voted against or abstained: None
