HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-282CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regnIggr meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on e 16th day of April 1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, j c following Zmemurers were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou Cgouns;lmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90- 282 SETTING PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE NON -INTOXICATING OFF -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION OF GATEWAY FOODS, INC., 10200 6TH AVENUE NORTH WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a non -intoxicating off -sale liquor license from Gateway Foods, Inc., d/b/a Rainbow Foods, 10200 6th Avenue North, and WHEREAS, Plymouth City Code, Chapter 1206.35, Subd. 2, provides that a public hearing is required for any change in corporate ownership. NOW, THEREFOR , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a public hearing is hereby established for May 7 to consider the application of Gateway Foods, Inc., 10200 6th Avenue North, for a non -intoxicating off -sale liquor license. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by QQunr,ilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, e following voted -favor thereof: _ Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, e tollowing voted against orabstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
