Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of April ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker. and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vaciliou
rnunellmembAr Ziturintroduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 277
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO'S 7 AND 8
CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION NO. III
CITY PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 7 has been prepared providing for :s following:
1. Relocate combined air louver to roof.
2. Provide additional structural support for aluminum grading.
3. Relocate fire sprinkler heads in apparatus bay.
4. Provide one hour fire enclosure for air intake shaft.
. 5. Add fire damper to exhaust duct.
6. Paint additional steel members.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 8 has been prepared providing for the following:
1. Revise shooting range duct work and grills.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No's 7 and 8 for Fire Station No. 3, City Project No. 615 are
recommended for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No's 7 and 8 for Fire Station. No. 3, City Project No.
615, by adding $6,313.26 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $1,356,400.00
Previous Change Orders - ADD 31,089.50
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 7 - ADD 4,236.30
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 8 - ADD 2.076.96
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $1,393,802.76
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Oouncilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
