HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-271CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the City ':ouncil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of llpr{1 , 1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and 7.itur The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-271 ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE TRAIL 18TH AVENUE TO RAILROAD CITY PROJECT NO. 931 WHEREAS, the City has received a Preliminary Engineering Report for the trail along West Medicine Lake Drive from 18th Avenue to the Railroad; and WHEREAS, plans and specifications are needed for said project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as the engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the trail along West Medicine Lake Drive from 18th Avenue to the railroad in accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Report dated April 9, 1990. 2. That funding for the project will be as follows: City, Cummunity Parks and Trails Fund (218-218): $233,500 Minnesota State Aid Fund (402-402): 72,000 Total $305,500 3. The plans for the Segment II portion of the project shall be included with Segment IV. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and 7i rlix The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
