Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of

Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-270
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WELL NO. 13
CITY PROJECT NO. 013
WHEREAS, the City has received a Preliminary Engineering Report for Well No.
13 to expand the City's water supply system; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications are needed for Well No. 13.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Short, Elliot, Hendrickson, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer to prepare plans and specifications for Well No. 13
in accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Report dated
April 16, 1990.
2. That funding for Well No. 13 will be from the Utility Trunk
Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rntinrilrPmhar Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
and 71 risr
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
