City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day
The following members were present:
ilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Zitur
-s were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90- 263
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
LOCATED NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 24 AND EAST OF THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARY (90009)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located north of County Road 24 and east of the municipal boundary from FRD
(Future Restricted Development) District to R -IA (Low Density Single Family
Residential) District in conjunction with approval of the Preliminary Plat for
Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior
to the publication of said Ordinance.
1. The contract for sewer and water utilities to this property shall be let.
2. The Final Plat for Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc. for this property
shall be filer and recorded at Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers
Hell i_wal l , Rirker- and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
