Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, A re&alar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plynnuth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of
Auril 1990. The following were present:

The following members were absent:—Mayor Bergman
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR DEMANCE FOR THE 1990/1991 INSURANCE PROGP M
WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase insurance coverage for potential
property and liability losses; and
WHEREAS, the City has previously solicited quotations for the necessary
insurance coverages; and
WHEREAS, the City received a quotation from the League of Minnesota Cities
Insurance Trust for $151,397, St. Paul Fire and Marine for $2,182, and
Hartford Insurance for $9,476 for the coverages and limitations set forth in
the Risk Management Coordinator's maw dated March 28, 1990;
NOW, 7H]DUM E, BE IT HEREBY FRESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMfIii, that the City Council award the contract for all insurance coverages
as indicated in the Risk Management Coordinator's maw, to the League of
Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust for $151,397, St. Paul Fire and Marine for
$2,182, and Hartford Insurance for $9,476.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof,- Deputy Mayor Vasiliou, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. —
