HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-254CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City 10 Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of April 1990. The following members were present: , Helliwell, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou The following members were absent: Bergman Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9(,-254 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT NO. 008 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota: 1. A certain petition submitted by Opus Corporation requesting street and utility improvements in Bass Creek Business Park filed with the Council on January 2, 1990 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners and property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota State Statutes, Sections 429.035. 2. The petitioner has waived their right to public improvement hearing and special assessment hearing on this project. 3. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. 4. The work to be performed in accordance with the existing Engineering Services Agreement with payment to be in accordance with the February 5, 1990 letter from Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell, Ricker, Zitur The following voted against or abstained: Vasiliou Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
