OF Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held c,n the 2nd day of April
1990. The following members were present: Deputy Mayor Vasiliou,
Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Mayor Beraman
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 249
15TH AVENUE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 945
WHEREAS, agreement for participation in the project cost and maintenance of 15th Avenue
North, City Project No. 945, has been prepared and presented to the City; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement
for City Project No. 945 between the City of Plymouth and the City of
Medicine Lake.
2. The City of Medicine Lake must also sign the agreement prior to the
preparation of plans and specifications.
3. The funding for the project is part of the approved funding for City
Project No. 945.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: _Deputy Mayor Vasiliou, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and ,
Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
