Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpg„lar meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day
of April , 19_9 The following members were present:
Helliwell, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Bergman

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90- 238
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR OPUS CORPORATION FOR "NATHAN 54 CENTER” (90001)
WHEREAS, OPUS Corporation has requested approval of a Final Plat for "Nathan
54 Center" located at the northeast corner of 54th Avenue North and Nathan
Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for
OPUS Corporation for "Nathan 54 Center" located at the northeast corner of
54th Avenue North and Nathan Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell, Zitur, Ricker. Vasil_iou
The following voted against or abstained none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
