HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-237CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of April , 19 4o The following members were present: Deputy Mayor Vasiliou._Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker. and Zitur The following members were absent: Mayor Berman Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 90-237 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES, INC. (90013) WHEREAS, Holiday Stationstores, Inc. has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit amendment to allow for a 24-hour, 7 -day a week operation for Holiday Stationstores, Inc. located at 10100 County Road 9; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Holiday Stationstores, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit amendment to allow for a 24-hour, 7 -day a week operation for Holiday Stationstores, Inc. located at 10100 County Road 9, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the applicable terms and conditions of City Council Resolution 85-184. 2. The Conditional Use Permit shall be renewed at 6 -month intervals for 18 months to monitor the impact of the extended hours and the compliance with the conditions. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Deputy Mayor Vasiliou, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed None and adopted.
