Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plynauth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of
March, 1990. The following were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introd xed the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

AP WVM THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FUR PROJECr
#801, #817, #834, 4905, AND 4912
wmm, the City Council has authorized the construction of various
Projects, and
WHEEWM, funds are needed to properly finance these projects, and
NOWM, funds are available within Fund No. 418 which may be used for this
purpose, and
SEAS, it is sound financial management to transfer these remaining funds tc
use for other projects within the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COLWIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMXnE, MnMESOTA that Project #801 ($432,000), #817 ($81,000), #834
($64,300), #905 ($46,700), and #912 ($108,000) be financed by the transfer of
$732,000 fram Fund No. 418 for the 1989 accounting year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
