HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-228CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _�r_eg�ular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t�I9th day of March 1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman,ZounciImembers Helliwe , Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were Absent: one Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-228 AUTHORIZING THE SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR VIDEO EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO rA2LECAST CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS WHEREAS, the Communications Coordinator in her report of March 14 has recommended that video equipment used to cablecast City Council meetings be replaced; and WHEREAS, the Council has determined that bids should be sought for new video equipment, pursuant to state statute; and WHEREAS, sufficient equipment replacement funds have been set aside to cover anticipated equipment costs. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNLSOTA, that the City Manager be directed to proceed with the solicitation of bids for the video equipment necessary to cablecast City Council meetings as recommended in the March 14 memorandum. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e following vote in favor thereof: yor ergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly-pass—ed-and adopte
