Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 19th day of
March F 1990 , The following members were
present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur-
The following matbers were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 90-227
APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR BASS LAKE b PARKERS LAKE PLAYFIELDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has selected the firm of Brauer and Associates to
prepare preliminary engineering reports and cost estimates for both the Bass
Lake and Parkers Lake Playfields, and
WHEREAS, contracts have been prepared in accordance with this City Council
direction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter
into an agreement with Brauer and Associates for the preliminary engineering
report and cost estimate of the Bass Lake Playfield at a cost of $1,400 and
further, to prepare the preliminary engineering report and cost estimate for
Parkers Lake Playfield at a cost of $3,800 is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
