Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 19th day of
March 11 199—. The following members were
present: Mayor Bergman Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker- Vaailiou — and 7ir„»
The following members were abeent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 90-226
APPROVING CONTRACT WITH BARTON ASCHMAN FOR SWAN LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council on February 26, selected the design firm of Barton
Aschman to develop the plan for Swan Lake Neighborhood Park, and
WHEREAS, an agreement for this work has been prepared at a not to exceed cost
of $8,900 plus direct expenses,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter
10 into an agreement with Barton Aschman 6 Associates for the design of Swan Lake
Neighborhood Park at a not to exceed cost of $8,900.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker.
The following voted against or abstained:_ None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
