Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tTie tTi day of March , 1090.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, ouncilmembers a iwe ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-222
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSES
FOR PERIOD OF MAY 1, 1990 THROUGH APRIL 30, 1991
WHEREAS, the City has received 16 applications for garbage hauler licenses for the
period May 1, 1990, through April 30, 1991; and
WHEREAS, all required fees and insurances have been provided to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that the attached list of companies are hereby issued garbage hauler licenses in the
City of Plymouth for the period May 1, 1990, through April 30, 1991.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following vote against or abstained: None
