Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular_ meetinq of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of March 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman�buncilmembers we '—

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-219
ADOPTING A POLICY RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF ON -SALE
INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a policy relating to the issuance of on -sale
intoxicating liquor licenses which dates back to 1966: and
WHEREAS, over the years the City Council has updated the policy to keep it current as a
guideline for the issuance of on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses. and
WHEREAS, the policy provides that the building value shall be updated annually, and
.WHEREAS, the staff has provided a report and revised policy containing an updated
building value.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY nF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, adopt the policy relating to the issuance
of on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses dated March 19, 1990 which updates the current
policy adopted by Resolution No. 89-90 dated February 6, 1989.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, -the
following voted in favor thereof: yor ergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
