Minnesota was held on the 19th day of March, 1990. •The following members were present: , Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Helliwell, Ricker, Zitur , The following members were absent: None Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-216 APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON VARIOUS STREETS WHEREAS, substantial on street parking has been noted on the various streets; and WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic congestion; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does authorize the installation of "No Parking" signs on both sides of the following streets: 1. County Road 47 from I-494 to County Road 10. 2. Nathan Lane from its dead-end north of 55th Avenue to its dead-end south of 54th Avenue 3. 54th Avenue from Nathan Lane to the Highway 169 frontage road. 4. First Avenue from County Road 101 to Inland Lane The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergman, Helliwell, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou , The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
