HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-215CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of March , 1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker Vasiliouand Zirter The following members were absent: None Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-215 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING FOX RUN 5TH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adoptea March 19, 1990, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Fox Run 5th Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on March 19, 1990. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY REb-LVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property within the plat named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 19, 1990. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmem±t±_ora Holl1woll- �t Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None _ Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and ad-)pted.
