Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of March , 19-j0_ The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers He liwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90- 209
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR LYMAN LUMBER COMPANY FOR
PARKVIEW RIDGE (88018) (RPUD 88-3)
WHEREAS, Lyman Lumber Company has requested approval for Final Plat for
Parkview Ridge located south of Rockford Road at Minnes-:., Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Lyman Lumber for Parkview Ridge located south of
Rockford Road and Minnesota Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by__ Coun ilm mb itnr and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bereman, Councilmembers
Hel._1_1wel1- Ri ker_ Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained. none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
