Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on thel4th day
of March , 19 90 The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Hallixell� Ririe --r Zitur and Vacilin„
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-203 A
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT
CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION AND APPROVING VARIANCE FOR TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND WEST OF BERKSHIRE LANE (90005)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation/Division for
Trammell Crow Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said Lot
Consolidation/Division for Trammell Crow Company for property located north of
County Road 9 and west of Berkshire Lane:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor
elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open
storm water drainage facilities.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to issuance
of Building Permit in accordance with City Policy in effect at that
time.
5. No Building Permit to be issued until the lot division/consolidation is
filed with Hennepin County and the Rezoning Ordinance is published
6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing with
Hennepin County.

7. A variance to the Zoning Ordinance minimum standards to permit a parcel
of 1.26 acres in the I-1 Zoning District where the Zoning Ordinance
requires a minimum parcel size of 2 acres. No other variances are
granted or implied.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon,
