Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the mit day of March, 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, �ouncilmembers a ire _—
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur '
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-200
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR BIRCH BRU, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a non -intoxicating off -sale liquor
license from Birch Bru, Inc., for the premises at 5750 Nathan Lane North: and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an -investigation and finds no reason to
deny the license; and
WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City council conducted a
public hearing and finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY �4E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that an off -sale non -intoxicating 11quor license is hereby approved for Birch Bru,
Inc., d/b/a SuperAmerica, 5750 Nathan lane North, for the period March 20, 11-190 through
June 30, 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken ereon, the
following RoTed in favor thereof: Mayor -Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
